The timing of this post is rather strategic. January is the busiest month for people joining gyms and trying to get healthy and keep fit, so I thought there might be some interest in these new releases. For the record though, my personal opinion is that life is pretty much for eating cake, and that’s that. Still, here’s five new healthy eating books that caught my eye.
